Our client is the world’s leading international security solutions group. They have won numerous contracts to manage prisons, immigration centres, electronic monitoring, courts and police custody suites as well as many others. An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team.

As a Bid Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and co-ordinating the bid process.
Tasked with managing the design and development of bids, you will co-ordinate and liaise with customers and partners. You will also identify, design and develop service solutions that are commercially and operationally viable.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the development of bids, writing and reviewing related material
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including customers, advisers, consortia members and sub contractors, ensuring all requirements relating to the bid are taken into account
- Liaising with mobilisation and operational teams
- Identify costs relating to the bid and review financial models
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in bid management and development.
This role will involve travel around the UK and may include some overseas travel.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be subject to a five year checkable history and strict vetting standards set by our client and the Secretary of State for the Home Office.
